A Bit of History: About D&L Industries

Established in 1963, D&L Industries has the largest market share in each of the industries it serves such as the manufacture of customized food ingredients, specialty raw materials for plastics, and oleo-chemicals for personal and home care use. D&L also enjoys long standing customer relationships with the Philippines’ leading consumer and chemical companies.

In December 2012, D&L was publicly listed in the Philippine Stock Exchange; and in 2016, D&L made it to Forbes Asia’s “Best Under a Billion” list, the only Philippine firm that made it to the roster of 200 leading public companies in the Asia-Pacific region.

Oleo-Fats, Incorporated (OFI) was established in 1987 as a wholly owned subsidiary of D&L Industries, Inc.
